I have a server set up with SymantecSystemCenter, all the clients in the building are running SAV 10.5.5000 (a few of them I have patched and are now at 10.5.5010)
I problem I am having is that:
1. Majority of the computers here can no longer logoff/restart/shutdown there pc
2. Sav is taking longer to scan the computers now. For example sav started to scan my computer yesterday at 9:30 am, and right now it is still scanning my pc (the time is 5:00 pm) and right now it has only scanned 69K files
I did update my SAV version to 10.5.5010 and the problem is still happing to me.
When sav is not doing a scan on the pc they will shut off/restart/reboot but once the end of the day arrives and they try to logoff nothing happens because SAV is doing a scan in the background.
Rtvscan.exe is using 0% CPU and Mem Usage is at 45K to 50K
Next high process is Svchost.exe 0% CPU and Mem usage is at 35K
