Grc.dat has to be pasted on 7.5 folder of the client by the CLI you can restart the service.. However ...

Grc.dat has to be pasted on 7.5 folder of the client by the CLI you can restart the service..
However similar to SylinkReplacer there is a tool called MakeDrop which can be obtained after reaching support.

There's also GRCDrop.exe located in the Tools\Nosuprt\GRCDrop folder. The executable and .dat file would need to be copied down, though. I believe Vikram's CLI solution is much simpler, though.
