  • 1.  SAV Corp 10.1 - Clients all in "Invalid Group" Status

    Morning All, Ive got a little issue with our SAV here.

    For the last two mornings I have come into work, started the SAV console and seen all the clients with a status of "Invalid Group". Yesterday I spent lots of time putting them all back into their correct groups but its done the same thing this morning.
    Anyone see this before and can offer some advice?

    Drop another grc.dat on the client from it's respective group folder on the server.  Almost sounds like a communication pki issue

    Hey, Problem with that was it was actually all clients showing as invalid group, not just one or two. anyway, it hasnt happened since so fingers crossed it wont happen again..

    I was just wondering if there is any other way to fix this?

    We had a power loss to the SAVCE Server and the Clients about 10 of them that were in a group, now report the 'invalid group'
