  • 1.  SAV Quarantine Console with SEP client

    Hi

    I have an old server that is running the old SAV client, SAV System Center Console and SAV Quarantine Console. (Have migrated all the SAV client machines to SEP now).

    I want to now uninstall the SAV client on this server, and upgrade it with SEP client, but want to still keep using SAV Quarantine Console (as i still need the quarantine function for the NAS Scan Engine environment).

    We are not using the quarantine server for SEP environment.

    Anyone know if this is possible?

    Hello,

    Since you are going to uninstall SAV client and Symantec System Center from the machine, I believe you would not face any issues installing SEP client on the machine.

    SAV Quarantine Console might not stop the installation for SEP client on the machine.

    I don't think that you will be able to Move the Logs, as SEPM and SAV Quarintine is different. Any ways ur installation will not be any issue
