Hello, can the permissions of the two folders be changed to only authenticated users only?  Audit have picked up on this.

Better not to change the

Better not to change the permissions on those two folders. I would suggest using the default permissions as per document below:

Ok, so audit have picked up

Ok, so audit have picked up on this? What do we do?  They are asking us to address the problem.  Any ideas...apart from installing sep11

Just explain them the need ; why this can be ignored; Not EYERY ONE has full access to this folder.

Users have only 

  • Users - Read & Execute, List Folder Contents, Read ; that should be OK
