  • 1.  SAV10 - Client not updating new signatures

    I have a few thousand clients that stopped downloading current signatures on 1/26/2010. These particular systems point to the same LU distribution server. Manual and auto updates present the message that everything is up to date. The problem is there are newer versions of defs on the server. Anyone have an idea of what's going on? Did I get a set of corrupted signatures?

    That looks to be a possibility over here.. 
    Either drop a new XDB on SAV primary server or run rx4defs if you have one..

    We have been pushing Intelligent Updater. Will this correct this issue as well?

     yes..it should..as it would clear out any blockage created by corrupt defs.
