    Hello:
      My colleague copied the SAVCE 10.1.7.7000 32-bit Windows client on one of our new virtual Windows 2003 R2 (fully-patched) server that is running on VMWare ESX 3.5.  When running setup.exe on that virtual windows server and doing a custom install, he gets to the part to choose to install e-mail tools, which we select the feature to not be available, then click Next.  What happens is that the installation process doesn't advance to the next page but stays on the same page.  You can click Next and "nothing happens".

      Any reason why this would occur?

      Do I require a different version of SAVCE to install on a virtual server?

      Is there a workaround?

      There should not be any compatibility issues.
