Hi everybody.
I have one user have Vista Os. and last updates Symantec and Windows.
I saw "SaveArmor Software" Installed on this machine. I look risk log and quarantine there is no information about it.
Now i uninstall it.
I search it in Google. It is a spyware.
the question is how it install in this machine?
And am I delete it now? because i don't know.

This is seems to be a rouge antivirus. Please check if you have the latest security patches for Windows and all other softwares. Also, make sure that SEP client has the latest definitions.Next time if you see such a malicious program installed again, please submit those files to the Security Response team so that they can be analyzed to prevent further infections.

Did you submit the files which you are telling as spyware to Symantec.
Some software may not contain infection. Many people use the normal softwares to inject infection and they will put it in download sites.

are you referring to malicious software embedded in the files available for download at some untrusted download sites?

Ya... I found some software which were hosted on download(Untrusted) sites infected with trojan.

I havent folders now. But it occur again I will submit it to Symantec.
(I am sure SEP have last definition and I'll check Vista updates again.)
