  • 1.  [SAVFL]Not enable "Autoprotect" and "RTVScan"

    Installed SAVFL on RHEL6.2 64 bit.
    Following SAV packages have been installed successfully.

    -sav
    -savap-x64
    -savjlu
    -savui

    UI can be opened but "Autoprotect" and "RTVScan" still shows "Disabled".

    Type the following command but no response.
    sudo ./sav autoprotec -e

    Type the following command and its result.
    /etc/init.d/symcfgd start
    Starting symcfgd: OK
    /etc/init.d/rtvscand start
    Starting rtvscand: FAILED

    How can we start..?

    Please help ..

    To enable Auto-Protect:

    ◆ From the command line, type the following:
    sav autoprotect --enable
    To disable Auto-Protect
    ◆ From the command line, type the following:
    sav autoprotect --disable

    Autoprotect and RTVscan worked as you said.

    Thank you.

    But now "Liveupdate" is not working..

    Press the button on UI but no response..

    Any idea?
