    I'm still seeing the situation mentioned in this thread.  Is anyone else still seeing an issue like this?  Thank you.

    I think there still no solution, btw, are there any logs generated on symantec when you save the file?

    I just got off of the phone with Symantec and you are right they do not have this resolved.  The woman I spoke with told me it may be fixed in MR4 MP2 but they do not know for sure as of now.  The only thing that can be done is the workaround of disabling the Outlook Add-in.

    I am not sure about this...I do not have the ability to test with Outlook 2003. Sutton
