  • 1.  Saving the Images on Netapp

    Hi
    I'm trying to save the RDP images on the netapp and its fail.
    i map the Netapp share to the RDP server and when i try to creat a job and save it to the network drive it show a Message below:
    The image file you've selected is not located on the same drive as the data store or is not in the data store directory or below You MUST make certain that your Automation setup will have this same drive letter mapped to avoid errors :c: is only valid if the file is on the local store...

    i just want to save the images on the share drive on the netapp ...

    You have to map the share drive with DS.

    Thanks , but how? what is the process?, how can i do it,
    i just want to save the image on the share drive ( Nettapp, another file server...etc)
