Saving scheduled report instead of e-mailing them

Hello all!

I am running SEPM version 11.0.6.6300.903. I have a variety of scheduled reports that are sent via e-mail to several groups. We are trying to minimize e-mail usage, is there any way I can have the SEP server save the reports somewhere instead of e-mailing them?

Thanks in advance

The data is stored in the

The data is stored in the database so storing the reports is redundant. The scan and resolution info is stored in the DB so why store the reports.

We take action on the reports and discard them. Historical reference to the risks detected is already there.

I agree

Hello,

I agree with the suggestions above.

Logs and Reports are available anytime from the SEPM.

Symantec Endpoint Protection is a Security product. Every security Admin would like to know about the Security on the network as soon as any instance happens via email.

Storing the email for later usage wouldn't achieve the solution.

Instead, I would suggest you is to create scheduled reports only for those which are of utmost importance and the other reports could be created as and when necessary via Quick Reports.

Hope that helps!!
