Our end-user’s Anti Spam SBG has encountered error which some of our emails were filtered. The problem is happening due to 4 fields "LastScanOID", "LastScanOIDCheck", "LastScannedVersion" and "LastScannedVersionCheck" which are added by Symantec while scanning the attachments. Anyone can help me on this? Cause some of webmail users can't open any attachment or even the mail.

Typically all you will see from the SMG aside from the host header information is the x-brightmail-tracker and possibly others if you have CF rules configured to add other x-headers.

A quick google search shows these may be added by Symantec Endpoint Protection.

    Hello,

If you're using SMG in your gateway then using SEP Spam policies is useless actually. You can kindly disable it from Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager AV policy under Outlook/Lotus tabs.

    Hello,

Thanks to your quick response to my problem. I'll check those settings to the SEPM, then I'll inform you right away. Thanks!!! =))
