  • 1.  SBG appliance OS and SQL version

    Hi All,

    How can we check the SBG appliance OS and SQL version?

    I've checked several KB and found it it's a modified version of Red Hat 9 and MySQL.

     

    Is this true for all appliance?

    Let me know where i can find more info about this.

    This is not public information and it should not be needed to operate the Appliance in a supported manner.

    If there are specific needs for this, you should call into our support line and we can address your needs.

    It's actually asked by one of our customer, ok i understand the policy.
