SBS 2003 not getting updated virus definitions for NAVCE 10.1.5.5000

Server is not being updated so the clients are not receiving the new virus defs.  It has worked before and the last definitions are 1/23/10.  The LiveUpdate Express window is stuck at:

go to control pannel
select liveupdate
make the session to interactive
start -run
type luall.exe
select one prodcut at a time and run the liveupdate
check if that completes

try running rx4defs

Do you mean go to the Start button then Run and type luall.exe in the Open: field?

Ok did that and the LiveUpdate box came up and it is stuck on this:

give it some time, check luall..exe cpu , if its constant
post the log.liveupdate.

Check the free space available in C drive.Also assure that your Internet connection is stable..

There is more than enough free space and I can get out to the internet just fine.
