"Scan did not return status" after full scan on SEP 11

Hi,

I get this message on few computer. I launched a manual scan (full scan) and I get this message in the sep 11 console.

Does anybody get this error message and was able to fix it ?

Was the pc turned off before it finished?

When I verified in event viewer of the computer, I founded that the scan started and later that it was completed withotu error or being interrupted

Scan Complete: Risks: 0 Scanned: 56970 Files/Folders/Drives Omitted: 0

What version of 11.x are you on?

The server is on Version: 11.0.7200.1147

The computer with the issue is on Version: 11.0.7101.1056
