    I've just upgraded one of our Symantec Scan Engines from 4.3 to 5.2.   I removed a list of nearly 20 IPs from the RPC client list and left one remaining for testing.   Upgrade appeared to be successful, however, I'm seeing 'No RPC clients currently configured or connected' under the Reports>Resources tab.   I'm also not seeing any data being scanned...

     

    I can't seem to find any documentation on this error/warning.  Anyone?

    I've resolved my own issue! 

    In our original configuration we used a domain service account for the Scan Engine service which had the appropriate rights on the filers.  The upgrade installed the new service using Local System.

    Updated the Service and all is well.
