Hi
 
if we want to view the file scan detail of a SEP scan(scheduled or  manual), is there a log created for all files scanned?

No, nothing in SEPM or client logs. You would need to turn on vpdebugging to see this info. See here:

Hello,

Turn on the Vpdebug Logging.

Note: The steps provided in the above article would work for SEP 12.1 as well.
