  • 1.  Scan on Mac client???

    When we initiate a custom scan will the Mac clients receive the scan request?

    Does the Mac client also need to be on SEP 12.1.4013.4013 (RU4) for it to receive the scan request and execute it?

    No. Ideally you want clients on the same version as SEPM but this is not required. SEP for Mac has been suported on SEPM for some time now.

    No, it can be of different versions ( 12.x )

    Hi Ritika_2000,

    I definitely recommend upgrading any SEP for Mac clients to RU4. The SEP for Mac client has received many enhancements in this latest release.

    If your Mac machines are older, upgrde them to the latest SEP 11 release.  They can be managed from the SEP 12.1 SEPM.
