I run VNCViewer.exe and SEP is catching it and showing that it is ignored, I even checked the little box in the notification box for it NOT to be displayed on the clients. We use it all throughout the company and I can not have this popping up on people's machines each day. I need to know what to do to ONLY allow that box to appear if there is a threat, and not something that is listed in the Centralized exceptions which were all defined on the SEPM server.
Thank you in advance.

Is the centralized policy enabled?
Are the updated policies being applied to the client?
