I have my scan times set to do a lunch time scan starting at 12pm. For some reason the scans start around 1:30 or 2:00, instead of 12pm on a random pcs. what can i look for to find the cause of this problem?
What version are you running?
I am running version SEPM 12.1.1000
Did you upgrade from a 11.x version? If so, what version?

With reference to this article it may happen. It would be a concern if it's happening on all the clients. Approximately total how many clients are going through dealy scan.
Kindly confirm how many systems are running in your network and how many systems have same issue?
