    Any of the document which can describe me that what the virus file is deleted on the spot while scanning which come pending for the analysis/restart and others?

    Nope. There isn't one. SEP will make a determination based on the file and what actions you have set. Some file can be cleaned or deleted while others may not be able to be repaired and manual action is needed.

    Set you actions accordingly and review your logs daily to determine if the virus(s) has been removed.

    In simple concept,It depends upon types of infection. If important .exe or batch or any file is 100% infected then SEP will quarantine it only and will scan with subsequent definitions as well. Some infections need reboot to remove viruses because those reside in memory. For other pure infections it will delete file on the spot.
