    Hi all,

    M using SEPM 12 RU 1 MP1 SEP 12 RU1 MP1 but i got security details which r showing some machine not scanning. When i check manually but that machine scan daily basic well. dnt knw SEPM showing me that are machine not scanning last month and year.

    second thing some machine showing same security details 1970 date for that i have manually delete that all agent entry from SEPM server but still me showing after 1 hrs in same logs

    Pls check below snap and PM me if anyone have resolution for same

    yes i have checked. scan has been run mention PCs.

    hmm

    Yet this system scanning not run....

    first you can run scanning and try....you log say 35 system not recently scanned.......

    Hello,

    Is the SEPM 12.1 RU1MP1 migrated directly from SEPM 11?

    If yes, what was the previous version of SEPM 11.x running on this machine?

    Could you run a Repair of the SEPM and check if that helps.

    SEPM upgrade from SEPM MR6. But got crash. So I have uninstalled and newly installed 12.1 RU1 MP1 and restore old 11 SEPM backup. This activity done last month of may.

    i have not notice but 1970 date those clients showing me again & again.

    Hello,

    Did you say "Restored the SEPM 11 database on SEPM 12.1 RU1 MP1."? 

    I believe this could not be done.

    Here are few Suggestions,

    1. Run the upgrade wizard located: 'C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin\upgrade.bat'
    2. Run the Management Server Configuration Wizard again to complete the migration process.
    3. Please migrate the clients to the Latest SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1.

    hi,

    Try to problem releted system clear old logs and try to sync

    Check this.

    Issue with the SEPM and the DB sync

    Goto--> Start -->All programs-->SEPM-->Management server configuration wizard.

    Run the Management Server configuration Wizard

    It will reconfigure and sync the DB and SEPM hope it will reolve the issue

    before i log case in symantec thier is any option ?? how to sloved this issue and why this occured ??

    Hello,

    Restoring the SEPM 11 database on SEPM 12.1 RU1 MP1 could not be done.

    However, Here are few Suggestions,

    U suggest me long process for only 35 clients. pls send mi other solution aprt from that, coz

    my VP not allow me doing this activity.

    any one having solution for old date in scanining log. some systems showing mi 1970 date in scan failure logs.

    Uninstall and Reinstall SEPM 12.1 RU1 MP1 and then run the SylinkReplacer 12.1 to recover all the client back reporting to the SEPM.

    security status show me not scan mmddyy

    while i cheked same ip in miniter logs show me scan completed what is this..??

    open a support case, do not restore SEP 11 DB on SEPM 12.
