Schedule backup not running

hi,
We are running Netbackup 6.0 MP4 on Windows 2003 Server.
some of our DB backups are not running on schedule time. I have reviewd the following but this could not help me out. coze we already configured the low frequency.

Make sure your start window is open for the desired period matching the frequency.
You can check anytime what jobs are due to run using nbpemreq command
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/nbpemreq -predict -date mm/dd/yyyy
HH:MM:SS
