Did you configure both SEMP

Did you configure both SEMP servers with mail server info? If so, then both will generate email notifications.

The two SEPM servers might be

The two SEPM servers might be load balance as well as replicating...
We had disabled e-mail generation in one of them...

I think Cycletech has given

I think Cycletech has given the solution.
But the thing is if I configure the both the SEPM's to tow different mail servers Is there a way I can get Reports specific to one server. Or will I again get two reports as the schedule is been replicated.
I want reports for one SEPM to come to one mail server & the reports for 2nd SEPM to come to another mail server. Is that possible?

I do not have a replication

I do not have a replication environment to test this with. I would think that it should work, but you will need to test in your environment to confirm.

Please keep us posted.

You will need to uncheck the

You will need to uncheck the the option for replicate logs from partner server to local server & vice versa under the replication partner propertis.

Similar Issue

I'm having a similar issue.  I recently set up an additional site with it's own SEPM configured as a replication partner.  Like the OP, I have scheduled reports sent via email, but since I've added an additional site, I am getting duplicates as both servers are emailing me the same scheduled reports.

I have tried disabling the reports on Site2, but once replication between the two SEPMs happens, it is disabled on both sides.

Nel Ramos said he disabled email generation in one of his servers.  For my situation, I would like to have Site1email all of the scheduled reports, but still would like Site2 to generate an email alert in case a user connected to Site2 gets infected.  If anyone could provide any insight or suggestions on the best way to accomplish this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
