Try running a scan on that machine locally, so see if the problem with the scan.

Also do you have Show scan progress enabled. It might be possible clients are snoozing, pausing or cancelling it.

I've run the local scan on that machine.. And scan is successfull..

Again last week scan is failed and in status option still it is showing as scanning...

How check whether user is abort the scan or pause the scan.. Is there any way to find the logs related to that?

Does your policy allow users to see Scan Progress ?

You should check the AV-System Logs from the client machine.

It might be possible that the machine was shutdown during the schedule.

No vikram.. User not able to see the Scan progress while scanning.. But they are able to see the status in scan logs..

when I checked the sacn logs in AV systems logs it is showing scanning in started..

Ok .. as per your post , during the schedule if user shutdown the systems, is it possible to start the sacn once system is booted next time?

    Hi,

We scheduled the weekly scan Wednesday 8.00 PM, on that time some systems are in offline. Next day when offline systems are online is scheduled scan will be started?

By default the missed schedule scans option is checked and with a weekly scan the retry window is 3 days. So if machines are off for the Wednesday 8 PM scan as long as they are turned back on within 3 days they should start thier scan. If they are turned on after this period they are going to wait until the next scheduled scan (the next Wednesday).

    Hi,

For weekly scan schedule progress we have enabled visible scan to users but for some systems scan window is not showing up on clients systems.
