    Hi -

     

    I just noticed that on my Syamtec Antivius Corp. Edition (v. 10.2.0.276) that my "Schedule Updates" dialoge box can not be adjusted.

     

    When I have the client open, and I go to File > Schedule Update, I can NOT adjust any of the settings as it is greyed out. This issue is only on my notebook PC - my desktop which as the same edition from the same source does not have this problem.

     

    Am I missing something?

    When settings are greyed out, this is typically means the admin has locked them so they cannot be adjusted.

    What's the operating system of your notebook?  Of your desktop?  FYI, if either is Windows 7, it is not officially supported.

    What Symantec AntiVirus or Endpoint Protection products support Windows Server 2008 or Windows Vista?

    Also, the newest build is 10.2.4.4000.  I always recommend getting to the news build.

    Guys, it is 2 year (almost) old post.The issue might have resolved for sure in these 2 years
