Scheduled backup for Exchange jobs

does any one facing problem in scheduling Exchange database backups; jobs seems to start fine but some jobs are missing.
Master server: NetBackup 6.5.3
OS:windows server 2003
client; NetBackup 6.5.2
Exchange: Exchange server 2003
backup selection : Microsoft information store:\*
even tried applying 6.5.3.1 and opened call with support to resolve the same.. any ideas...

Take the Astrix off and it should work.
I don't have to know how to spell....I work on Unix.

if i remove * and start, only
if i remove * and start, only one job starts even after enabling multi streaming

limit the no. of jobs in the policy
also check the how many concurrent jobs r configured to run in the STU which is for the exchange policy
number of jobs per clients is
number of jobs per clients is set to more;limit no of jobs per policy, the check box is clear, and NetBackup performs an unlimited number of backup jobs concurrently.
multiplexing set at drive level is 15

:) So finaly you get this resolved, By combining all clients to a single policy with Microsoft information store:\* as backup selection.
