We just updated from 12.1 to 12.1 RU1 MP1. We had a scheduled notification setup for outdated virus definitions with a 10 hour damper setup that sends out an email, but now it's sending out an email every 10 minutes. I checked the settings for the notification and the damper is still set at 10 hours though.

What was your process of Migration? Did you migrate the SEP 12.1 RTM to SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1 directly?

What if you delete the Notifications and Create those Notifications again?

We updated to RU1 then MP1. I just tried deleting and  re-creating it, but it does the same thing.

I'm having the same issue. I went ahead and opened a ticket with support on this. 418-037-501

The link is not related to the issue were seeing as this is a SEPM notification issue not a client notification issue.

We also updated from v12 RU1 to v12 RU1 MP1.

Please try the following.

Delete the notification, wait for a day and then re-create the same notification.
