Title says it all. Scheduled power control reboot - to reboot load of servers. A lot of them just keep rebooting, constanly until I stop the job. FANTASTIC!
Any one came across this before ?

hmmm...havent seen that before. Did you have an upgrade recently on the Altiris?
No update recently, (i'm still using v7.0 just now) Just seems to affect certain servers. I just put a workaround in place, basically sending the shutdown -r command in a script. Seems to do the trick ok.
Is this resolved if you use Reboot To: Production instead of a Power Control task?
Hi - Tried the reboot to production also, out of the 4 servers I tried 1 failed. I couldn't be bothered chasing up the error as it looked like a sore one.. I'm happy with the shutdown command - worked o the 4 servers I trialled it on.
