Hi,
for this you need to add some setting of your mail server to the SEPM console. Just follow the steps below:
1. Go to SEPM console.
2. Log in to the SEPM console.
3. Go to Admin tab.
4. Click on servers at the lower left corner.
5. Select your server under View Servers -> then Servers -> & then Local sites.
6. Right click on it & click on Edit Properties.
7. A new window will comes up.
8. There at that window, go to Mail Server tab.
9. Enter your Mail Server IP address & SMTP port no there.
10. Click on OK to save the settings.
11. Now go to Reports tab.
12. Go to Scheduled report section.
13. Click on add to add a new scheduled report.
