This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi all,

I have recently setup OpsCenter but my schedules reports aren't exporting to my network location or emailing to me.

Backup alerts are emailing to me just fine though.

The Opscentre server can see the export location so I'm not sure where to go from here.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Where is your export location pointing to?

Are you running OpsCenter on a Windows Platform?

Please note: OpsCenter Services by default, run as local system. The Local System account does not have privileges to access network resources.

You may need to change your services to run as a domain user with read / write access to the Network Path.

Export to network location

OpsCenter is running on Windows.

Which service needs to be run as a Domain User account with access to the Network Path.

I note there are 5 services...

OpsCenter Services

Which 5 are you referring to? The following 3 should relate to OpsCenter Directly.
  1. Symantec OpsCenter Database Server
  2. Symantec OpsCenter Server Service
  3. Symantec OpsCenter WebServer Serv

The OC Server Service and WebServer should be adjusted to allow reports to export.
