    I want to create a scheduled  fullscan  running once a week (every friday)  when users shutdown their computers.It can been done with SEPM or with group policy. My SEPM version is 12.3.1

    There is no option to run a scheduled scan when users shutdown. The machine needs to be on in order for the scan to run.

    You can set an option to scan if the scheduled scan time was missed.

    Is there any way after fullscan ends then computers shutdown automatic???

    There is no such option in SEPM to do this. You would need to use a different third party software for this or a GPO.
