We have three machines running windows 7 32bit, client version 12.1.5337.5000. We have daily scheduled quick scans and 1 weekly full scan. If you want days of the week, I can get that information.
The scheduled scans do not seem to be taking effect. Every time I look in the SEP Manager, I see that the last scan date is not updating. I run the scan manually for these clients in questions. The scan and the date updates. However, when I check later in the week, the last scan date does not change.
What is also odd is there is a 4th machine with the same OS and client version. It is running and recording its daily scans properly. I took one of the three that are not updating the last scan date, and I removed all instances of SEP (users folders, app data, program data, program files and registry) I then reinstalled the client. This was on the 6th of April. The last scan date in the SEP Manager still reflects 4/6/15.
Any suggestions on what to look at next?
