Assuming you're talking about the initial deployment of the SEP client and not upgrades, then I'm afraid the answer is no.
The SEPM does not contain any native tools for the automated and scheduled deployment of the client software, only a manual tool for remotely pushing the install package.
Included with the license for SEP however, you do gain access to the SEP Integration Component. This is based on the Altiris technology and is able schedule and automate the deployment of the SEP client.
