    schedulled reports are not srunning, it was working till last week, checked SMPT and that is working fine as able to sent test eamil. is there any thing need to check and fix for this issue

    Delete and re-create the report

    What version is this for?

    Thanks, I did deleting and recreating, but still not working, version 12.1.1.4a

    When you setup SMTP, was the test successful on the SEPM side?

    Was an upgrade done or anything change?

    Yes test is getting successfull, we up-graded last month and After up-grade also I was getting report, this is stopped three days back only, no changes made.

    Is your SMTP box down? SEPM cannot connect. Ensure you provided proper credentials and all fields are filled out

    Are you able telnet port 25 ?

    Thanks for you help, I am able to get now after restarting services of sepm. this can be closed.
