script error when deleting in owa - 7.5 SP4

Hi,

I'm experiencing a problem in outlook web access when deleting an archived item.

We use ev 7.5 SP4.

When I want to delete an item the setting is that the shortcut is deleted and also the original item stored in enterprise vault.

When I do that by using the owa on the exchange backend all goes well.

For external users we have an ssl solution through a juniper appliance to use owa via https.

If the external users delete an item the we get a internet explorer script error.

"An error has occurred in the script on this page".

The juniper appliance connects also to the backend exchange server.

I installed httpwatch on a workstation to see what is different when all goes well and when I get the script error.

Here is a part of the logging when it goes wrong. When everything goes well I don't get the sessiontimeout.js statements.

Thanks for the help.

Jb

I would be looking to contact Juniper as I would say from the evidence provided that this is nothing to do with the OWA extensions but some sort of session timeout setting kicking in from a juniper point of view.

Just do a wuick search on google for dana-cached/js/sessiontimeout.js and you will see that there are a few links that point to junipers website.

Thanks Paul.

I will contact juniper and post the response.
