  • 1.  Script errror when attempting to delete quarantined items

    I get the following error when attempting to delete quarantined items:

    How do I correct this issue? Are the items getting deleted from quarantine?

    From the SEPM you're doing this?

    What is the exact SEPM version and did this just start?

    Have you tried running a repair on it?

    Yes, from SEPM.

    SEP SBE 12.1.5

    Have not attempted a repair.

    So I ran a repair which seemed to complete successfully but after I clicked Finish I got thisa error:

    And when I try to log in to SEPM it I get this error and can't get in.

    To manage quarantine files I wold request you to go through this article: How to Manage Quarantined files.

    & unexpected server error may come due many reasons. First check if you can start the SEPM services manually and can login?

    If not pass on scm-server-0.log and catalina.out file present under tomcat\logs folder.
