SCSP 5.2.x Query Tools

    I have created a custom query, named "cust_query.ini"

    [Source]

    type=query

    path=Queries/Demo/EventCount

    [Action]

    action=export

    file=c:\temp

     

    I have grant full permission to everyone under c:\temp folder, however, when I executed the following command

    cspquery.bat -u test -p xxx - q cust_query.ini

    under an installation path (c:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Critical System Protection\Console), nothing is generated under c:\temp

    The above user (test) is assigned "Query Tools" role in SCSP Management Server

    OS version: Windows 2008 server R2 Std

     

    Question1) How can I know if there is any error during the bat file execution (cspquery.bat) ?

    Question2) Any steps I have missed, in order to generate the query out of the console ?
