This is the event viewer log:

Scenario:

Language support

I do not believe CSP supports Italian version of any operating system.

Since this is the management service/server and does not require a reboot I would try a reinstall however the product only supports specifically german OS (other than english).

Or ensure the java on your machine is english and updated to the newest release.

You are right. My collegue

You are right. My collegue Mirko has installed English version of OS only few minutes before your answer, and fix the error. Thank You.

Thanks

Thanks,

Its good to see CSP installed in other countries/languages (even if its not supported). CSP has a large customer in Germany therefore support was added to auto translate the largest differences.

If you plan on a large deploy on other language OS's please request an enhancement through your Symantec technical contacts. The more language support the better as CSP becomes a more popular option in the industry.
