    Hi,

    I am creating Groups for SCSP and I want to run a query for a report on a specific group. Has anyone done this, if so how?

    Have you tried the newly added IT Analytics that is now included with SCSP?  It mines the SCSP database for info, generating more detailed reports than SCSP can.  It is in the tools folder in the 5.2.8 MP4 install media.

    What type of information do you want to query for? I have done some very basic queries such as pulling all agents within a specific group/groups.
