Scxpx86.dll causes IE9 to fail.
Everything I look up on the net says it's a Symantec issue. It's been 6 months since I put Norton on WinXP and 2 Months since I upgraded to Win7 and a reinstall of Norton 360 and an upgrade to 6.0.

When I uninstall Norton the issue goes away. If I reinstall the problem comes back. Any suggestions?

Take a process dump or ADPLUS for IE in crash and hang mode both and then contact support.
But please make sure you contact support.

Isn't Norton 360 a consumer product? This is not the correct forum.
Correct, you should post this in the Norton Community. There are Norton Experts there waiting to help.
