  • 1.  SD 7.1 Incident Creation Error

    Hi Guys,

    I need some help yet again, when my agents are logging new incidents (Technician Incident Creation) they are faced with the following error.

     

    Error Message:
    Unable to cast object of type 'LogicBase.Components.FormBuilder.Simple.TerminateWindowAndCloseDialog' to type 'LogicBase.Core.Models.Dialog.IAspNetPageComponent'.

    Message Stack:
    at LogicBase.Core.Models.Dialog.ComposerForm.OnPreInit(EventArgs e)
    at System.Web.UI.Page.PerformPreInit()
    at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)

    I have found an article details the fix for this but I am confused, is this Javascript in the Workflow Project ? if so this must be an error in the build as I am using everything out of the box at the moment.

    Has anyone else seen this in SD 7.1 yet.
