  • 1.  SD 7.1 SP2: Unable to classify emails

    Posted Sep 11, 2013 11:15 AM

When emails come in to ServiceDesk, some appear in the Service Manager's queue but when we go to try to classify the messages they error out with the error found at the end of this post. We have tried re-publishing all of the email workflows and IncidentManagement and none of that has helped. Any ideas?

I should note that I've also re-published the original SD.Email.InboundManagement project in case something went wrong there.

This message is from clicking on the classify email from a report

Did you try an IIS reset? Sometimes you get weird errors if you haven't done so in a while especially if you haven't made any changes and you get random errors.

I have and I've also done a complete server restart with no luck. Its an odd one and I'm struggling with fixing it or just moving forward with 7.5 as quickly as I can.

I have just tried replacing the component that seems to be failing in the workflow and that didn't help and I've reloaded from the original with no luck as well.

List Forms In Service Catalog For User? Does the user have access to any forms in Service Catalog? :)
