SD 7.5 Ticket Lease Timing

Having an issue where the lease isn't being broken by the technician closing the Process View Page after assigning or reassigning a ticket.  The only way it seems to release is if an admin does it, or the 15 minute timeout occurs.  Anyone else noticed this?  If so, how are you working around it?  I was thinking of creating a workflow that would do this when the OnTicketAssigned or OnOwnershipChanged rulesets fire, but haven't gotten that far yet.

I have temporary set the task lease time to 1 minute until resolved.

Thanks.  I created a quick workflow that breaks the lease when a ticket is received, assigned, or the ownership changes, and that works ok.
