  • 1.  SD 7.6 Report Process.Age displays Process.Started Date when exported

    Hi

    I'm hoping someone can assist

     

    We had a problem that when the Process.Age and Process.AgeDescription was included in a report that it displayed the Process.StartedDate. This problem was resolved with the solution provided in https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/sd-76-reports-processage-and-processagedescription-displaying-processprocessstarteddate

     

    The problem is now that when the report is exported to e.g. Excel it is exported with the Process.StartedDate and not the Process.Age or Process.AgeDescription.

     

    Does anyone have a solution for this?

    This is a known issue and has already been reported to development. The work on the fix is currently in progress, I would recommend to log a case with support so you could be added to the list of affeted customers for tracking purposes and received a fix, once it's available.

    I thought that would be the case was hoping I just did something wrong with the fixing of the intital problem for an easy fix for this problem, but I will log a case and wait patiently.
