SD7 - Adding contacts without w/o email addresses

    We have vendors that call in that will never be emailed through the service desk.  We want to be able to track the call by that venor/contact however.  Any ideas on how anyone is doing this now? (they will never log in to the SD portal so this is just to track the call)
