Hi all, I'm having a peculiar problem using the IMAP protocol for email monitoring. When IMAP is used the email loses all formating and is displayed as an EM or an IM as a continuous paragraph of text. With the POP protocol they are no issues with incoming mail with respect to formatting (other non related issues for another disucussion thread). They are no errors in the log that I can see. As far as the system is concerned the email has been received.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and/or is there a fix for this problem?
