This issue has been solved. See solution.

I'd like to set global business hours, but I just don't find the place where I can do it.

The Process Manager settings page has an "update" button which does nothing and if I open the Business TIme Span editor from the Designer Tools, I am asked to save my changes to a file, but to WHERE?

Can anybody point out, how I can really modify the business hours to be globally available for each of the SD7 workflows?

Thanks ROO. That seems to be

Thanks ROO.
That seems to be the correct place to setup the global business hours... wonder why the userguide or customization guide is not capable of pointing that out.

Glad I could help Agree

Glad I could help

Agree about the Docs....would like to see some major effort in beefing up all the Docs

Would also like to see a White Paper discussing the philosophy of SD7 over and above ITIL....seems to be geared out of the box more towards self service then being used by a support room taking the majority of the calls...just my opinion
