Looking to see if someone has run into this before -
The Incident Creation notification email to the users has a link that, when clicked, should take them to the process view page for the new ticket.
The embedded HTTP link is: servicedesk/ProcessManager/Reports/OpenProcess.aspx?ReportSessionID=a5c8f79b-623b-11e1-b132-005056a57db0&NoTabs=1 (removed the http:// from the beginning) and eventually times out with nothing on the screen.
The only time it seems to have worked is when it was first installed - it was only recently tested.
I've looked at the template and the only changes were to the text in the body of the message. Looking at the Log Viewer, no errors are generated either.
